Natasha Allison
Lead Physiotherapist & Women’s Health

Natasha is a Team Lead Physiotherapist who qualified in 2006 from the University of Brighton and has worked in the field of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in the NHS, military and private sectors since 2010.

She joined the Physiotherapy Service at Provide in 2018 after working at a BMI private hospital, multiple RAF bases and Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital for 7 years. Natasha has a wide range of experience drawing from previous workplaces and specialist courses. She has a specialist interest in women’s health physiotherapy and has good experience with ante and post-natal rehabilitation.

She is a Corporal in the Army Reserves and maintains a good level of fitness with road cycling, running and regularly attending the gym. She has an active interest in health, nutrition and wellness.
